With the suspension of the US de minimis import exception, all low-value shipments, regardless of origin, transportation mode, or entry method, now require formal customs entry and the payment of all applicable duties, taxes, and fees. The Craftool® Sharpening Plate is the ideal accessory for keeping flat or rounded bevelers perfectly sharp to extend their working life and make the leathercraft experience more enjoyable. A great tool to have in your leathercraft tool collection.
To use, lay a piece of 220-grit sandpaper (not included) over the plate, working it into the grooves, and pull your beveler across the sandpaper at a 15° angle. Repeat as needed with progressively higher-grit sandpaper as needed until you reach the desired results. For best results, strop your beveler after sharpening to remove and scratches or residue.
