With the suspension of the US de minimis import exception, all low-value shipments, regardless of origin, transportation mode, or entry method, now require formal customs entry and the payment of all applicable duties, taxes, and fees. Unfortunately we have not been able to keep up with the logistic hurdles this evolving situation has caused. Often used on very fine or very heavy fabrics, the Straight Stitch Foot is flat on the underside to provide an even pressure against the feed dogs. It has a rounded needle hole which offers the benefit of more support around the needle to prevent skipped stitches and puckering. Designed with single hole to allow you to sew a straight stitch on lightweight fabrics without skipping stitches.
