With the suspension of the US de minimis import exception, all low-value shipments, regardless of origin, transportation mode, or entry method, now require formal customs entry and the payment of all applicable duties, taxes, and fees. Unfortunately we have not been able to keep up with the logistic hurdles this evolving situation has caused. Rotary cutter for cutting fabric, leather and other materials. Made of high grade carbon steel which is sharper and lasts longer. Better ergonomic handle for easier grip. Smaller blades are used to cut small curves while larger blades are used for cutting straight lines and broad curves. This size of 45mm falls in the middle and is the most commonly used size.
