With the suspension of the US de minimis import exception, all low-value shipments, regardless of origin, transportation mode, or entry method, now require formal customs entry and the payment of all applicable duties, taxes, and fees. Unfortunately we have not been able to keep up with the logistic hurdles this evolving situation has caused.
