With the suspension of the US de minimis import exception, all low-value shipments, regardless of origin, transportation mode, or entry method, now require formal customs entry and the payment of all applicable duties, taxes, and fees. Unfortunately we have not been able to keep up with the logistic hurdles this evolving situation has caused. Tokonole is a water-based non-toxic leather burnishing gum made in Japan from natural waxes. Use for burnishing edges and smoothing the flesh side of leather. It consolidates the leather fibres beautifully and gives them a glossy appearance when burnished and buffed. Tokonole is highly regarded for its quick drying time. It is colourless when dry, giving it great colour versatility for a variety of projects. Since this product is water based, dyes can be applied after burnishing.
